How we got started
Kevin James founded the FDNY Islamic Society in 1997. James was a supervising fire marshal that responded to the World Trade Center on September 11th.
What we do
The FDNY Islamic Society represents Muslim FDNY employees and acts as a liaison between the FDNY and the Muslim community throughout NYC.
